Compliance Officer

Position Objective

The Compliance Officer ensures that Quokka Firm operates within all legal and ethical boundaries. You will assess risk, enforce internal policies, and ensure data privacy standards are strictly met.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of internal systems.
• Ensure all digital products comply with relevant data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Privacy Act).
• Provide compliance training and guidance to staff members.
• Investigate and report on any compliance breaches or incidents.
