Position Objective

The Back-End Developer is the engine room of Quokka Firm, responsible for architecting, developing, and securing the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications.

Role Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs.
Manage database schemas, queries, and optimization (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Implement secure authentication and data protection protocols.
Troubleshoot server-side issues and monitor system performance.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Selection Criteria
